Salary: £22k to £24k (Negotiable Depending on Experience) 

Duration: Full Time   

Our client, a Building Maintenance company based in the Leeds area are looking for a new person to join their team to work within their busy office dealing with administration to assist the smooth running of the help-desk.

Main Duties

  • Help-desk administration
  • Logging new callouts from clients
  • Planning and Prioritising work
  • Speaking with the team of mobile engineers
  • Proactive dealing with any urgent work

Additional Duties and Skills:

  • Competent with Microsoft programs
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to communicate with both clients and collegues confidently
  • Preparing completed work and jobsheets ready to be invoiced
  • Administration duties (Spreadsheets, timesheets etc.)

Would be an advantage to have experience within either a Building Maintenance Industries or within a busy office environment.

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary will be agreed dependent on experience
