I am a trained Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. I decided to take a different career path that would enable me to transfer the knowledge I have after completing my apprenticeship. I decided to Join James Recruitment Services in Nov. 2014.

I have been working within the Facilities Management and maintenance sector for around 15 years, as a service and contracts manager, dealing with a wide range of clients and industries during this time. This includes experience in Air Conditioning, Electrical, Gas Works, Fabric Works, Office Refurbishments, Health & Safety and project works within construction.

An experienced front line manager with over 25 years’ experience in both sales and operations within the construction industry, comfortable with the management of staff, assets and operational finances as well as customer relationships.

Within that time I have been responsible for the Customer Care for a large well-known brewery, which allowed me to use my skills both in management, listening and understanding, developing and administration.

I monitored sensitive accounts and provided the TLC that was needed. Previously I worked for a large well known electrical company. I had numerous roles within this company over the fifteen years of employment including Customer Service, management, inventory and electronic repairs.

I specialise in Customer Services, Sales, Administration, Electronics and IT. With my experience, I would ensure that all Clients and Candidates within James Recruitment are provided with the service that I would expect.
