Can’t really believe I am now having to write this to announce the passing of Theresa. Regardless of the massive impact on a business side, I have lost my wife, after 22 years together, Joe and Molly have both lost their mum at the tender age of just 40 years old and Andy his close cousin.
Theresa was always a determined person all her life from fighting for her life when she was born at just 1 ½ lb defying the odds to survive.
Her vision was to start her own business after years of experience within Recruitment with the aim to create a family run company, providing honest recruitment with equal respect for both clients and candidates. The vision was to provide a legacy for her family which included starting the business in 2014 with Marian, her mum.
Theresa had a great sense of humour and enjoyed nothing more that laughing (Loudly!) at her own jokes and with a keen imagination could almost bring anything to life with a silly voice or story, including ‘Flo’, a hand puppet which still sits proudly in our office.
It’s been a great loss, Theresa had a heart of gold and would put herself out for anyone in need, always there to listen to and help with other people’s problems without passing judgement or indeed thinking of herself, this being one her best qualities.
We all miss you dearly and will try to continue to, both live our lives and continue to run the business how you would have wanted, continuing your values and morals.
We are all lucky to have known you for this short time, not long enough, you’re never far from our hearts.
